Chinese: water (left) wind (right)

The Yin and Yang symbol is a Chinese symbol....

liuzhou -

Together the two characters say "Feng Shui" (feng=wind; shui=water)

I don't think they mean Fengshui, just water and wind.

Er, Why?

Given the fashionability of fengshui in the west, if I were to see a necklace (or anything else)
with these two characters (and only these two characters), I would bet heavy money on there being
a fengshui connection.

Bit that would mean she can only wear the necklace when standing in certain places. It would be
"bad" fengshui for her to stand in a doorway, for example.

Haha, could you imagine that?

1: Miss, I need you to stand over there, please.

2: No! I can't, because of my necklace!
